The school pursues a policy of high quality professional training of students capable of realization in a market economy, by creating an optimal school environment, in-service teachers, partnership with parents, institutions and employers. The pedagogical team strives to prepare good professionals by providing an educational product that meets European criteria for quality and skill throughout life.

Our school is a school of dialogue and cooperation, which is establishing itself as a competitive school with constantly updated facilities, with modern technologies and innovative teaching methods, a school that engages, encourages and supports the individual to receive education and professional skills, a school - a separate a community of students, teachers and parents who show tolerance, concern and respect for human values.

STRATEGIC GOALS


Increasing the authority of PGT through a unified and effective management system that will ensure high quality education and the transformation of the institution into a sought-after and competitive.


The strategic goals of PGT are oriented towards the achievements of the educational policies in our country and those from the EU. The national traditions, regional tendencies and municipal policies of the Bulgarian education are taken into account. Priority is the need for effective application of information and communication technologies, innovations in education and building an internal information and communication structure and the links in it for the realization of educational goals. The intellectual, emotional, social, spiritual, moral and physical are brought to the fore.

The current state and needs, the needs of human resources and their need for support, as well as the role of the school as a social factor in the system of educational institutions in the municipality and the region are taken into account.

and international programs and projects of the European Union and their implementation.
